Staci's Home Search Story!

It was rainy day here in South Carolina.  What better way to spend it than house hunting with a great client, helping her find her perfect home?!  Staci is a mom of two, a fun-loving preschool aged son named Aiden and a brand new baby girl.  Staci has been so much fun to work with!  We seem to choose only days that we'll get poured on to view houses, but a little rain didn't stop us! Originally Staci's heart was set on a new home by DR Horton in Hickory Ridge, but when that deal didn't quite work out, we set out to find something even better!  I think everything happens for a reason and we have since found some great houses that I think Staci would be thrilled to call home.  Some of the areas we've explored include Hunters Bend (by Lennar Homes & Dan Ryan), also Myers Mill (by Eastwood Homes), and Braeland (by Lennar Homes).  After three days of looking at over 15 houses, we've narrowed it down to just 3.  To Staci's surprise, none of the new construction homes topped her list.  Here are the finalists!  Be sure to "share" and leave your thoughts in the comments to help her decide where she should lay out the welcome mat!

1054 Cobblestone Blvd Summerville SC 29483

So here are the three homes Staci is liking the most... The first one is located in a subsection of Sangaree  - Cobblestone Ridge. It's a great house, split level with 4 Bedrooms & 3 Full Baths and two separate living areas. One of Staci's favorite parts was the deck and covered patio for entertaining, but also the lower living area that has hardwoods through out with an opportunity for guests to stay and have their own privacy. This home also had a GREAT garage with tons of space and storage room! Upstairs the home has an eat in kitchen open to the living area and a walk out deck! Watch the walking tour video and see for your self!

Another great option located in Eagle Run! This home has that classic Charleston Style with the cute front porch off the master bedroom upstairs!  This home features hardwoods through out the living area 2 full baths upstairs and a half bath down stairs.  This home has 4 bedrooms and a cute eat in dining area with hardwood floors, which Staci pointed out is nice because Aiden is always making a mess when he eats!  Staci also really liked that this home had a fireplace in the living area and I think we both agreed the in the living area the dining room should be switched with the living room so that the fireplace is part of the living room, that's easy though just switch the fixtures!  Staci also really liked that this one had a pantry and nice cabinets with an open kitchen & last but definitely not least it had a covered screened patio with a fenced back yard!

The last one on the list to be considered is the largest of the three, at 2500 sq ft, and is also in Eagle Run. Staci loves the use of space on this one, as it has many rooms and a great layout for her needs! She especially loves the large loft area at the top of the stairs because it gives her a place for Aiden to play and "not bother" her! ;-) Everyone needs their personal space, and this home has enough space for that! She also loved the large master bedroom with a great walk in closet. This home really does meet ALL of her needs but is at the top of the budget, which makes for a tough decision!  However with plenty of room to grow Staci could enjoy this home for many many years to come!

Please share this story and leave your comments and HELP Staci choose the perfect home!!!

Which home would you choose?
